How does it work?


When you submit an online order and enter a delivery address in the Greater Montréal area, the express delivery option will automatically be displayed alongside standard Canada Post delivery.

Express deliveries are made seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays but excluding holidays. For $9, your parcel will be delivered directly to your door by E24.


Greater Montréal area

Be sure to submit your order by 4 p.m. to take advantage of the same-day express delivery. After 4 p.m., you can chose next-day express delivery. Express deliveries are made in the evening between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.


Don't forget : A valid photo ID must be presented on delivery as the carrier has to check the identity and age of the person who accepts the parcel. For this reason, PO BOX delivery is not possible. No virtual ID (e-wallet, photo) will be accepted.

Track your order in near real time

An email will be sent to you when we receive your order and another when the order is ready for shipment. The latter message will include a tracking number that lets you see the delivery status of your parcel.

If possible, please provide a valid and local mobile phone number when submitting your order. You will then receive a text message from E24 notifying you when their driver is on the way. You can even track your parcel in real time up to its arrival.

Please note that the carrier may contact you by phone to complete the delivery. Make sure to provide a local phone number since the carrier cannot make international calls.

Important information for express delivery

  • Be sure to provide a valid telephone number (ideally a mobile phone) where you can be reached during delivery if necessary.

  • A person age 21 or older must be present to accept the delivery. A person other than you can accept the parcel at your address on your behalf but parcels cannot be left unattended at the door.

  • Express deliveries will be delivered to the front door of most homes. Deliveries to multi-unit buildings or apartment complexes will be delivered to the main entrance or in the lobby of the building. Exceptions may be considered by our delivery partners in certain situations.

  • If you have a parcel delivered to your place of business, remember that deliveries are made only in the evening.

  • During the delivery window, be on the lookout for text or email messages from E24 and have your ID ready. On delivery, the identity and age of the person who accepts the parcel and signs the acknowledgement of receipt will be checked.

  • Remember that it is against the law to have more than 30 g of cannabis on one’s person or more than 150 g at home.

* Express delivery offered on the Island of Montréal, in Laval, and in several cities of the Greater Montréal area. Delivery completed on the same day for orders made before 4 p.m., the next day for orders made after 4 p.m., or the next working day for statutory holidays. Deliveries are made 7 days a week between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays). Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (ex. road closures, major accidents). Please note that applicable sales taxes are not included in the delivery fees. Delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice.

    When you confirm the delivery address for your online order, express delivery will be among the delivery options offered if the service is available for your address. If you don’t see the express delivery option, the service isn’t available in your area.

    Yes, a valid photo ID must be presented on delivery as the carrier has to check the identity and age of the person who accepts the parcel. No virtual ID (e-wallet, photo) will be accepted.

    We are limiting the initial pilot phase to specific areas to help ensure a smooth, gradual rollout. If the results are positive, we expect to expand the coverage to other areas with the population density to support it.

    To serve you better, we plan to expand the territory covered to other areas with the population density to warrant such a service.

    To ensure confidentiality, parcels ordered on SQDC.ca have no SQDC branding. All delivery vehicles are unmarked. Delivery personnel carry an ID from the E24 delivery firm. Lastly, the return address shown on the parcel is a post office box.

    Orders that are being prepared cannot be changed or cancelled. For any questions or issues with your order, please contact the SQDC’s customer relations team as soon as possible.

    Greater Montréal area

    Orders submitted by 4 p.m. will be delivered between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the same day. Orders submitted between 4 p.m. and midnight will be delivered between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the next day. Orders are not delivered on holidays but will be delivered the next working day. Please note the day and delivery window confirmation displayed when you finalize your order online.

    If you won’t be around to take delivery of the order, be sure another person age 21 or older is at the delivery address for the entire delivery window.

    Remember to provide a working telephone number (ideally a mobile phone) where you can be reached during delivery if necessary.

    Please note that in the rare cases where E24 is unable to complete delivery of a parcel due to an absent or underage recipient, the delivery fee will not be refunded.

    PO BOX delivery is not possible for express delivery, as our packages need to be hand delivered for age validation purposes.

    Following your order, a tracking link will be sent to you by email and by text message. You can click on the link to track the status of your order.

    The security settings of some mobile phones do not allow clicking on the tracking link sent by text message. If the link is not clickable, you may copy and paste it directly into your browser.

    Please note the link does not work with Internet Explorer on desktop.
